- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Shearer has been caring for our animals for many years (long before he opened the clinic) and while I am sad to see him "semi retiring", I haven't had any problems with the transition into the new ownership. I called today and 1 they lost my dogs information. 2 they transfered my dog back to previous owner, AFTER HE ALREADY SWITCHED IT TO ME. 3 all of a sudden they cant give advice ? Plus all the invoices with the dogs name in it is in my name though ? His chip is registered in my name on his chip ? Your employee "mary" is very rude and disrespectful. Very unprofesional.
